They have always been really helpful and responsive in terms of my 2016 Jeep. My only note is it’s possible your vehicle may not be a fit for them. I took my Jeep back twice after the original repair and they still could not figure out what was causing the stutter when starting. I didn’t ask for a partial refund, but I felt one may be deserved due to the fact they charged me and didn’t actually fix it, now I’m forced to take it somewhere else to possible spend even more $. Just make sure you communicate and they’ll do the same and help you out as much as they can!

Communication was easy, and Jaylon answered all of my questions, especially when my car sat in the lot for two weeks as insurance adjusters inexpected my car and Jaylon waited on parts. While repairs were not related to my accident, i appreciate the warranty that comes with their work.
