Just had my 2016 Avalon in for service. Staff was polite and efficient. Waited for my car. Timely.

First time here. I brought my car in thinking I was going to need brakes all around. My pedal was to the floor. It turned out that my pads and rotors were perfectly fine. Thank goodness. They informed me that I had no brake fluid so no compression. After a brake flush and system bleed my brakes are working as they should. I feel so much safer on my commute to work every day. Thanks for a much simpler and much less expensive fix than I was expecting.

I had an intermittent problem with the turn signals on my vehicle. Sometimes the right side lights would work, and sometimes they would not. The techs at Extreme Auto Repair diagnosed the problem, advised me of the cost to repair, and repaired it when I approved the estimate. The work was done the same day, and they provided me a loaner vehicle to use while the work was being done. I highly recommend this organization.

My wife went in for an oil change and was thrilled with the service. They explained everything she needed to know and was comforted they did not try to upswell her on anything because it wasn’t needed. Seems obvious and simple but rare in the industry unfortunately. Great shop!
