Mike, Mia and the team have been looking after us almost three years now. We are here on a posting from Australia with the Department of Defence so both our cars are a little older and need TLC. The team are always courteous, friendly and informative and never stop looking after us. Mike and Mia keep us up to date of any work that needs doing and have never let us down. They are great, work on everything, including electrical, and they don't overcharge. Mike is the best guy to work with, it's beginning to feel like having friends work on my vehicles. I use them for everything. Centrally located in Parker, CO. There's even a car rental next door, though they let me use a free loaner car too! I really can't say enough about the great service.

Very Efficient...Got our RV unit in and out in a good timely manner. Kept us updated on the repairs. Nice to have an engine repair service in the south metro area.

I did my own tuneup on a 99 suburban 454 7.4L big block with 250k miles, replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and afterwards it was missing badly and backfiring. I couldn't figure it out why so first took it to another shop and they replaced the distributor for which the teeth were worn, however it was still missing badly and they said it may need a new engine. I Took it to extreme auto. It took a while to diagnose but they found that the brand new distributor cap I bought (oem brand) was defective. (I discovered later that two plug connectors for cylinders 3 & 5 were shorted internally, a very rare problem) so 2 cylinders were not even firing or firing at the wrong time. They replaced the cap and now the car is back to running good. I wished I could have found this problem myself but I was in a bind and they really saved me. The bill was reasonable for the time spent.

I changed my original review because everything has been fixed. They are now getting a five-star rating because of the extremely professional service I have received. Now, I will recommend them to anyone wanting service

Repairs are timely and the communication is always very good. I appreciate the honesty from the people at Extreme Auto and their professionalism. There are many places in Parker to take a car for repair and I have used them but these folks are the only place I now go. They are hard working and friendly.
