Mike, Dave, and Shawn were extremely professional throughout my entire experience. They diagnosed the situation right away and dealt with it. After a minor hiccup which could not be explained, they immediately brought the vehicle in a second time and assessed the problem. After a manufacturer issue was diagnosed, they were more than accommodating to help get my vehicle issues resolved. Communication was amazing. I highly reccomend.

I asked them to troubleshoot an occasional issue I was having with my older Highlander. They called and told me they were unable to duplicate the problem as I described it. Other places would have given some bogus answer and tried to charge me for services not performed. I appreciate Extreme’s integrity and will continue going there as long as I can.
