We've been going here for the last few years since moving to Parker. All in all we're been satisfied & will go back when our Saturn or Itasca Sunova need another service.

I had a power steering pump and high pressure line replaced in May '18 due to a fluid leak. Less than 4 months later it started leaking again and I called for a appointment. Mike at Extreme Auto said bring it straight in and they'd look at it. 4 hours later he called to say the problem was a split O-ring and it was good to go When I picked it up and asked for the bill he said no charge. Talk about after sales service!

I went here for a car show they hosted and after talking to people that were there that have had work done on there cars I will definitely use them for auto repair. All the techs and the owners were so nice.

My dad had suggested me go to Extreme because they were always honest, friendly and accommodating. I called for an oil change and they were able to get me in very quickly and they have a package where you get a free one and save $$...but even better they did some basic checks and said it’s all good! They didn’t give me a list of $1,000’s of dollars of repairs needed. The story gets better!!! Our car died and was not repairable, and we weren’t in a position to go get a new one so my dear, long time, childhood friend has been an angel by offering her car to let us use. While using it I noticed it didn’t seem right so I took it back to Extreme to check...they found something wrong with it...I told them my situation and that my friend just lost her husband so I was worried about having to tell her about a large expense right before the memorial service. They called me back and said we don’t want to burden you or your friend and took the majority of the cost off!!!! It brought tears to my eyes!! I couldn’t believe that they wanted to help and they truly cared!!! Then when I picked up the car they even used my friend’s name and said “please let her know that we hope that she and her children will get through this ok” I am soooo grateful for what they did! 💗

Took our veichle in for front brakes due to the high mileage and them being the original pads and was pleasantly surprised when they called to inform me we still had good pad thickness left and there was no need to replace them. Honesty is an often forgotten value in todays car repair business. Extreme Auto repair was prompt and thorough in their service.

I am always satisfied that my concerns are checked out and our autos are safe and reliable for our family to use. Thanks to everyone at Extreme Auto for taking great care and providing awesome customer service.
